Orders & Shipping
To access your current purchases from any page of this website, simply click the shopping cart located at the upper right corner of the screen. In the current purchases page, selected products can be consulted, quantities can be altered and records can be deleted. You can also return to the online store or move on to the checkout.
All prices displayed in this website are presented in Euros and include value-added tax at the current rate. These prices do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total price during the checkout process. Regardless of the chosen destination of the purchases, no transport costs will be charged past a certain value of purchases, this value differs based on country of destination. To learn more about these costs and values, please consult the transport costs table.
All orders will be accompanied by an invoice with the name and address indicated during the checkout proccess. If you require the inclusion of a fiscal number/VAT number in the invoice, a request should be made before the checkout process is started. The request can be made in the designated space found in the shopping cart page. In this space the desired name, address and fiscal number should be provided. Should you forget to do so, it can always be done later through email.
This space can also be used to write any additional information that may be relevant for the satisfaction of your order.
All orders will be shipped within the two working days following the reception of the order.
We reserve the right of cancelling any order in the eventuality that, for instance, our product is not available in stock. Should this be the case, the client will be informed through email and refunded in the shortest possible timeframe.
The deadline for the delivery of each order differs based on country of destination and will consequently be indicated during the checkout process.
Although we deliver our products worldwide, the shipping costs for some countries are not indicated in our website. If you plan to request a delivery to a country other than the ones specified in the website, please contact us through the contact page and you will be informed of the delivery in the shortest possible timeframe.
Orders will invariably be delivered to the addresses specified by the customers, we do not take any responsibility should the indicated information be insufficient or incorrect. In such cases, all costs associated with the reshipping of the product will be supported by the customer.
Orders sent to countries outside the E.U. may be subject to taxes, tariffs or customs duties. The customer is solely responsible for these costs.
When customs clearance procedures are required, the estimated timeframe of product delivery might be delayed.
